QUESTION OF THE DAY: Did you watch the State of the Union Address?

(WAIPAHU--JANUARY 13, 2016)--We asked 10 Hawai'i residents if they watched US President Barack Obama's final State of the Union Address that was broadcast 4 p.m. Hawai'i Standard Time from the nation's capitol of Washington D.C. Jan. 12, 2016. This is what they said:

1. Female, Wai'anae
No, I didn't. I was at work all day.

2. Male, Aiea
Parts of it. It was good.

3. Male, Waipahu
What am I going to watch that for? I get nothing out of it.

4. Male, Wai'anae
No, I didn't. I was working.

5. Male, Aiea
No. I don't watch TV.

6. Female, Ewa Beach
No, I didn't. When was it? Was it a rerun?

7. Male, Wai'anae
No, I didn't watch it. I heard he said something about ISIS.

8. Male, Aiea
I didn't. I was working all day. How come they have it when everyone is working?

9. Male, Maui
I don't watch TV.

10. Male, Wahiawa
No. I don't have time for those knuckleheads. They say one thing and do another.
